During my exhilarating tenure as the Institute Secretary of E-Cell at IIT Guwahati from April 2022 to March 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to steer the ship of the largest E-Cell in Northeast India. Picture this: a bustling team of over 200 enthusiastic members across three tiers united under the banner of entrepreneurship and product management. We didn't just chase dreams; we made them happen.

One proud feather in our cap was clinching the coveted title of 'Best Club' among a sea of 20+ student clubs under the esteemed Technical Board of the Student Gymkhana Council. Our secret sauce? A winning formula of annual growth and impactful initiatives that left a lasting mark.

Finance, you ask? We waved our magic wand and conjured up sponsorship worth a whopping Rs 25 Lakhs+, with a jaw-dropping 500% Year-on-Year surge in the event budget. And boy, did we put it to good use! We orchestrated a grand comeback for the Annual Entrepreneurship Summit after a 2-year hiatus due to the sneaky Covid-19. The turnout? Mind-boggling! Over 20,000 footfalls and a staggering 35,000+ participants marked a sensational 50% YoY increase.

But it wasn't just about the numbers; it was about nurturing budding startups. We rolled out the red carpet for more than 40 startups, guiding them through the labyrinth of funding and incubation. Oh, and did I mention our superpower? We sowed the seeds of entrepreneurship in Northeast colleges, birthing 10+ E-Cells that continue to flourish.

This journey wasn't just about a role—it was about creating ripples of change and fostering a culture of innovation.
